The hotel/apartment had exclusive amenities that made the stay luxurious. the plush bedding, elegant decor, and high, end appliances were a delight. the private facilities were well, maintained and clean. the service was top, notch and personalized, making us feel valued and pampered.
The shower in our room was not functioning properly due to a loose showerhead. While this was a minor issue, it did detract from our overall experience.

Great apartment with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located and easy to access all attractions and amenities. Loved the beautiful view from the private balcony, and enjoyed the welcome pack and free Wi-Fi.
Some minor issues such as temperature controls not working properly in the shower, missing tea towel in the kitchen, and slow Wi-Fi at times. It would have been better to have better maintenance of the facilities.

The apartment was very clean and modern, and the check-in process went smoothly. I appreciated the nice welcome pack provided. the apartment had a great view, which was a major highlight.
There were a few issues during my stay. The shower was practically unusable due to a split shower head and stiff temperature controls.

Plus, the building is conveniently located next to the Aldgate East tube station, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. Guests also appreciate having a Tesco Express nearby for their convenience.
Some previous guests noted that the common areas of the apartment had torn mats and patches of dirt, suggesting that more attention to maintenance and cleanliness is needed.
